1. Domestic Shipping (Within Europe)

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard delivery within Europe takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

2. International Shipping

Bagsloro Enterprise proudly ships worldwide, bringing Europe craftsmanship and global fashion to your doorstep.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination, weight, and shipping method.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Orders outside Europe may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by country and customs clearance. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Please allow extra time during holidays or unforeseen shipping delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives safely.

4. Return Policy

We want every Bagsloro Enterprise customer to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom-made or final-sale handbags are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item:

  • Email us at support@lorobags.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer care team will guide you through the return process.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
